Meet the Founder

Antoinett brings over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, grounded in a lifelong commitment to equity, advocacy, and elevating the quality of care for all children. Her journey in the field began as an Assistant Teacher and progressed through senior leadership roles across both nonprofit and for-profit childcare sectors. Her academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance, with a minor in African American Family Studies, from Austin Peay State University.

Antoinett’s work is shaped by a deep belief that every child deserves access to nurturing, inclusive, and high‑quality early learning environments. She is a dedicated advocate who has served on her local NAEYC affiliate board, holding roles as Secretary and Vice President, where she championed initiatives that strengthened the early childhood workforce and expanded support for educators and families. She recently earned her Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement through AIMHiTN, further enhancing her ability to support whole‑child development.

Her professional experiences are complemented by specialized training, including completing the TECPAC Credential. Antoinett is passionate about pouring guidance, encouragement, and expertise back into the educators, children and families she serves.
